Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

· Make search lists of target companies and candidates.

· Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements

from clients.

· Support Team Leader in making recruitment calls to the targeted

candidates and arrange face to face interviews.

· Thorough and in-depth research in the company and positions

accountable for.

· In depth analyze and draw the correct org chart based on the

information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed

information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.

· Present the profile to Team Leader to further justify the candidates.

· Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system.

· Make cold calls to unknown candidates.

· Support the Team Leader to fulfil the performance targets/ goals

set by management.

· Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date

industry information.

· Ensure to follow the company process and procedure to get the work

done.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor or above.

· 1-3 years working experience.

· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer operation.

· Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure.
